Sacrificial Anode Kits for Pipeline & Marine CP
Engineered for pipeline operators, marine engineers, and tank farm managers — passive corrosion protection that works without external power.
What Problem Does This Solve?
Buried pipelines and marine hulls face continuous corrosion threat from soil moisture and seawater. For pipelines in remote locations — desert, tundra, or offshore — there is often no access to external power for ICCP systems. Sacrificial anodes solve this by using the natural galvanic potential between metals to generate protective current automatically.
Feature — Three Anode Materials
We supply aluminum (for seawater), zinc (for moderate soil), and magnesium (for high-resistivity soil). The material selection is based on your environment resistivity, not personal preference.
Benefit to you:
- Optimal protective current output — wrong material = insufficient protection or accelerated consumption
- Correct anode selection reduces replacement frequency by 30–50% vs. guesswork sourcing
- Pre-calculated anode life based on your structure specs — no surprises after installation
Feature — Ready-to-Install Kit
Every anode ships as a complete kit: anode body + lead wire + backfill + brazing connection. No on-site assembly, brazing, or special tools needed.
Benefit to you:
- Installs in under 30 minutes per anode vs. 2–3 hours for component assembly
- Factory brazed connections eliminate the most common field failure point
- Consistent quality — every kit is production-line assembled and tested

How to order
How to Order Sacrificial Anode Kits
Step 1 — Send Your Requirements
Provide via email or WhatsApp:
- Structure type: pipeline (diameter, coating, length) or storage tank (dimensions, foundation type)
- Environment: seawater / soil type / freshwater
- Soil resistivity (Ω·cm) — if known
- Target protection level (mV) and design current (A)
- Quantity of anodes required
Step 2 — Technical Review & Quotation
Our CP engineers select the optimal anode material (Al / Zn / Mg) and calculate the number of anodes, spacing, and expected service life. We provide:
- Anode layout drawing with spacing recommendations
- Formal quotation with unit price and total
- Lead time confirmation
Step 3 — Sample & Qualification
For new projects, recommend 2–5 anodes as sample for inspection before bulk order.
Step 4 — Production & Inspection
Standard kits: 1–2 weeks lead time. All anodes weighed and inspected before shipment. Batch test reports included.
Step 5 — Packaging & Shipment
Export wooden crates or pallets. Sea freight to all major ports worldwide.
Payment Methods
T/T bank transfer. 30% deposit / 70% against copy of Bill of Lading.
