Step 2: Receive Quotation within 48 Hours
We provide a detailed quotation covering: unit price by quantity bracket, tooling cost (if applicable), lead time, surface treatment options, and delivery terms.
Step 3: Prototype Sample (Optional)
For new projects, we recommend a single prototype piece first — at cost — to verify fit, function, and surface quality before committing to the full production run.
Step 4: Production Order
Upon confirmation, we begin production. First article inspection (FAI) report provided with production parts. Full dimensional report available for each batch. Certificate of Conformance (CoC) issued per shipment.
Step 5: Quality Documentation and Delivery
Documents: Certificate of Conformance, MTR for raw material, dimensional report, FAI report (if applicable). Shipping via DHL/FedEx (samples/small batches) or air/sea freight for production orders.
