The Corrosion That Costs You a Shutdown
When a steel flange fails in a chemical plant — especially in chloride-rich or acidic media — the cost is not just the replacement part. It is the unplanned shutdown, the environmental remediation, the overtime maintenance crew, and the lost production. Our ASME B16.5 titanium flanges carry a higher upfront cost but typically eliminate flange-related shutdowns for the lifetime of the plant.
Feature-Benefit-Advantage
| Feature | Advantage | Benefit |
|---|---|---|
| ASME B16.5 full size range (1/2 inch to 48 inch NPS) | Code-compliant for all standard piping systems | Acceptable to any project engineer or inspector worldwide |
| Pressure Class 150 / 300 / 600 / 900 / 1500 / 2500 | Full pressure range for all service conditions | One supplier for all pressure classes in your plant |
| Grade 2 / 5 / 7 / 12 materials | Each grade optimized for different media and temperature | Right material = longest life in your specific service |
| Weld Neck, Blind, Slip-On, Lap Joint, Threaded, Socket Weld | Complete type range for every piping configuration | Single vendor for the entire flange bill of materials |
| RF / FF / RTJ face types | Match your existing gasket and bolt arrangement | Drop-in replacement for existing steel flanges |
| Custom drilling (NPS or metric/DN) | Available in any international drilling standard | No pipe rework required on retrofits |
