Step 2: Receive Quotation
We confirm availability and provide a detailed quotation. For large orders or custom OEM fasteners, we can match your existing drawing or provide alternative specifications.
Step 3: Confirm and Pay
Standard payment: 30% T/T deposit, 70% T/T against BL copy. Small sample orders can be shipped via DHL/FedEx with payment via PayPal.
Step 4: Production and Testing
Fasteners produced with thread pitch and diameter verified by go/no-go gauges. Hardness testing (HRC) and tensile testing on sample basis per batch. Material certificates (MTR) issued per lot.
Step 5: Packing and Delivery
Standard packing: plastic bags or boxes, labeled with size and quantity. Custom labeling and barcoding available for OEM orders. Documents: commercial invoice, packing list, MTR, COO.
