How to Order — 5 Simple Steps
Step 1: Specify Your Wire Requirements
Provide: ERTi grade, diameter, quantity, packaging form (straight/coil/spool), and surface finish (bright or acid-cleaned). For medical applications, specify ASTM F67 compliance and required purity levels.

Step 2: Receive Technical Quotation
We confirm stock availability and provide a detailed quotation including unit price, total value, lead time, and delivery terms. Most standard sizes ship from stock within 3-5 business days.
Step 3: Confirm and Pay
Standard payment: 30% T/T deposit, 70% T/T against BL copy. L/C negotiable for orders above $5,000 with prior arrangement.
Step 4: Production and Testing
Each batch includes: chemical composition report (ICP), tensile test report, and diameter verification. For aerospace grades, we provide ERTi certification per AWS A5.16. Medical grade includes ASTM F67 material test report.
Step 5: Packing and Shipment
Wire is wound clean, coiled, and capped to prevent tangling. Vacuum-sealed plastic bags inside cardboard boxes with moisture indicator. Documents: commercial invoice, packing list, mill test report, COO.
