Provide: mesh type (woven/expanded/perforated), mesh opening or particle size to filter, wire diameter or plate thickness, width, length, quantity, grade, and any required certifications (ISO 13485, AS9100D).

Step 2: Technical Consultation and Quotation
Our engineering team reviews your specification and may recommend adjustments based on flow rate, pressure drop, and particle retention requirements. For filtration applications, we can provide sample mesh pieces for testing.
Step 3: Confirm and Pay
Standard payment: 30% T/T deposit, 70% T/T against BL copy. L/C negotiable for orders above $10,000 with prior arrangement.
Step 4: Production and Quality Verification
Mesh inspected for: opening size (calibrated microscope), wire diameter (micrometer), tensile strength, and visual defects. For medical applications, we provide ISO 13485 documentation package.
Step 5: Secondary Processing and Delivery
We offer cut-to-size, forming, welding, and surface finishing (polishing, passivation) for mesh components. Export packing: rolled and paper-interleaved, wooden crated for large sheets.
