Step 1: Define Your Foil Specification
Provide: required thickness, width (or target application so we recommend), grade, quantity, surface finish, and any specific standard requirement (ASTM B265 or other).

Step 2: Technical Review and Sample Evaluation
For ultra-thin foil (below 0.02mm), we recommend requesting a sample coil first to verify thickness tolerance and surface quality in your process. We ship samples within 3 business days.
Step 3: Confirm Order and Payment
Standard payment: 30% T/T deposit, 70% T/T against BL copy. Sample orders under $500 can be paid via PayPal or Western Union.
Step 4: Production and Inspection
Thickness verified by micrometer and beta ray gauge. Surface inspected for pinholes, scratches, and edge quality. Certificate of conformance issued with each shipment.
Step 5: Packing and Delivery
Foil wound on plastic cores, interleaved with protective paper, vacuum-sealed in strong cartons. Coil or sheet form. Documents: commercial invoice, packing list, C of C, COO.
