How to Order — 5 Simple Steps
Step 1: Define Mesh Requirements
Provide: mesh type (woven/expanded/perforated), mesh opening or particle size to filter, wire diameter or plate thickness, width, length, quantity, material grade, and required certifications (ISO 13485 for medical, AS9100D for aerospace).

Step 2: Technical Consultation
For filtration applications, our team recommends mesh opening based on your flow rate, pressure drop, and particle retention requirements. We can provide samples for testing before bulk order.
Step 3: Confirm and Pay
Standard payment: 30% T/T deposit, 70% T/T against BL copy. L/C negotiable for orders above $10,000 with prior arrangement.
Step 4: Production and Quality Verification
Mesh inspected for: opening size (calibrated microscope), wire diameter (micrometer), tensile strength, surface quality. For medical applications, we provide ISO 13485 documentation package.
Step 5: Fabrication and Delivery
We offer: laser cutting to shape, CNC forming and bending, TIG/MIG welding of mesh frames, surface polishing and passivation. Export packing: rolled and paper-interleaved, wooden crated for large sheets.
