Cathodic Protection Titanium Anodes
Engineered for pipeline operators, offshore contractors, and marine engineers — stop corrosion before it costs you unplanned shutdowns.
What Problem Does This Solve?
Corrosion on buried pipelines, offshore structures, and storage tanks is silent and expensive. A single pipeline leak from external corrosion can cost USD 50,000–500,000 in emergency repairs, environmental remediation, and regulatory fines. Our CP titanium anodes provide a continuous protective electrical current that eliminates galvanic corrosion for 20–50 years without ongoing intervention.
Feature — MMO Ruthenium-Iridium Coating
Our proprietary Ru-Ir mixed metal oxide coating is applied to ASTM B348 Grade 2 titanium substrate in controlled electrolysis baths, achieving a uniform coating thickness of 3–8 g/m².
Benefit to you:
- Consistent protective current output over entire anode lifespan — no sudden drop in CP performance
- Works in freshwater (50–500 Ω·cm), seawater (20–30 Ω·cm), and soil environments without system reconfiguration
- 20–50 year service life vs. 3–5 years for graphite anodes in similar conditions
Feature — Titanium Substrate
Grade 2 commercially pure titanium offers maximum corrosion resistance with minimum consumption rate (less than 0.1mm/year under normal CP current densities).
Benefit to you:
- Extremely low maintenance — anode replacement intervals measured in decades, not years
- Lightweight compared to graphite or cast iron anodes — easier handling and lower shipping cost
- Fully recyclable at end of life — supports your ESG reporting requirements

How to order
How to Order Cathodic Protection Titanium Anodes
Step 1 — Send Your Requirements
Provide the following via email or WhatsApp:
- Structure type: pipeline (diameter, wall thickness, coating), tank, or offshore platform
- Operating environment: seawater / freshwater / soil / concrete
- Required protective current (A) and design current density (A/m²)
- Target service life (years)
- Quantity and preferred anode form (rod, mesh, tubular, custom)
Step 2 — Technical Review & Quotation
Our CP engineers review your specifications and recommend the optimal coating type, anode geometry, and TI spacing. We provide:
- Anode layout drawings and TI calculation sheet
- Formal quotation (EXW, FOB, CIF, DDP available)
- Sample availability and lead time
Step 3 — Sample & Qualification
For new projects, we recommend a sample order (2–5 anodes) for qualification testing before bulk production. Accelerated life testing data available on request.
Step 4 — Production & Inspection
Production lead time: 2–3 weeks for standard anodes; 3–5 weeks for custom configurations. 100% inspection of coating thickness and substrate integrity before shipment. Test reports per batch included.
Step 5 — Packaging & Shipment
Export-grade wooden crates with anti-static and anti-humidity packaging. Sea freight and air freight available to all major ports worldwide.
Payment Methods
T/T bank transfer. 30% deposit / 70% against copy of Bill of Lading.
